In order to expedite
the processing and timely close of your home loan, the following
items are requested at the time of application. As we process your
loan there may be other documents requested; however, the most commonly
needed documents are listed below:
- Address History: Last 2 years, including landlord's
name, address and phone number.
- Income/Employer(s): Present employer's name, address,
city, zip, and phone. We need 2 years of
employment history. Please supply us with the W-2's for the
last 2 years, and pay stubs covering the last
30 days.
- Assets: All checking and savings account numbers,
address, city, state, zip, and balances. Please supply
us with 2 months of all bank statements. Also a breakdown on
other assets (stocks, bonds, 401k, insurance, etc.)
- Debts: List of all account names, address, account
numbers and approximate balances, and monthly payment information.
- If you make a mistake while filling
out the application cross it out, and make a change. Do NOT
use white out.
- Self-Employed: If you are self employed, have rental
income or receive income from other sources or commissions we
will need the last two years 1040's including all schedules,
and a year to date statement of income and expenses.
- Divorce papers: Complete set with the final decree
if applicable.
- Bankruptcy: Complete copy of the list of debtors
and the discharge papers.
- VA Loans: All Veteran papers (DD214), Certification
of Eligibility?
- Identification: Picture ID, or Driver's License and
Social Security Card.
If you are NOT a
US citizen provide us with a copy of your green card (front
& back), or if you are NOT
a permanent resident provide us with your H-1 or L-1 visa.
- Any other information that may effect your financial
profile. For example child support, alimony etc.
